Since 2000 I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist. I'm skilled in, but not limited to a variety of deep tissue bodywork. Some of my favorite modalities are : Ashiatsu, Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy. Understanding the clients ailments and objectives are just as important as properly applying technique. I love empowering clients to understand their bodies and improving their own quality of life.
Shorty after I moved to Reno I realized that if I wanted to practice to my full skill capacity, I would have to open my own place.
Ananda Massage Therapy opened in Reno, March of 2017. My business is unique in that I offer Ashiatsu massage along with 2 decades of professional massage experience.
